Shipping Information

As we ship from Ontario, we are required by law to charge HST as applicable for any shipments within Ontario. If we ship directly to you out of our province, we will then only charge you GST (or HST if applicable) and no provincial sales taxes are added to your order.

If we ship to you outside of Canada, we do not charge any Canadian sales taxes. You may however be responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be charged by your government(s) as well as applicable brokerage charges.

Shipping Transit Time:
Transit time is determined by the shipping option you select at time of purchase and is clearly outlined as per Canada Post guidelines. For more information visit www.canadapost.com .Gears Canada is not responsible for any delays in transit after product is collected by freight carrier.

Handling Charges

For any order with a subtotal less than $ 50.00 (excluding shipping and taxes) , a $ 8.00 handling charge(with applicable taxes) will be applied.

International Orders/ Expedited shipping for North America
For international/Expedited orders proceed with your online order, Once you have done that someone from our team will contact you within 24 hours and give you shipping cost. Your order will be processed and credit card charged only when you accept the shipping /handling charge. All shipments that cross international borders must be cleared through customs in the destination country prior to delivery to the recipient. Gears Canada is not responsible for any delays in transit after collected by freight carrier i.e. weather, customs, etc…. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and payable at time of delivery.
