RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any item to be considered for return or exchange must be in original packing, never used and 100% resalable. All accessories (depending on the product type) like straps, buckles, rain covers, nuts, bolts ,wires ,connectors etc. must also accompany the product.
Any return must be pre-authorized by GEARS CANADA by contacting us and receiving a RMA #. We will require a copy of the original invoice, Completely filled in Return form (Download the return form from below) Any email correspondence with our customer service team regarding the product return or exchange, along with the product. Items sent without a returns authorization number can be refused and sent back at the sender’s expense.
Approved refunds or exchanges are only issued if item was bought directly from Gears Canada and meets the guidelines stated above. A 20% restocking fee per item will be applied on all returned items. But if product is sent back for exchange then actual shipping and handling cost will be charged. You are responsible for all inbound shipping charges on any item sent to us for exchange or return.
During the warranty period GEARS CANADA will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform to this warranty and return it to you free of charge (with in Canada only). This warranty (Return or Exchange from GEARS CANADA) does not cover any international freight, duty or custom charges or any other costs associated with transportation of the parts or product. If you want to exchange the product (Canada or International shipping) then shipping charge will be applied depending on your location.
SALES ON ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL
Custom ordered items, clearance products and certain in-store Specials are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.
